This page explains how Sparky3D Craft Co handles your information when you use our website and design studio.

What we collect

Photos and images you upload, and the designs created from them.
Your messages in the design studio.
Your name (if given) and WhatsApp number, so we can help you with your design and order.
Order details such as product, size and text for the base, and — for catalog orders — your delivery address and (optional) email.
A random, anonymous cookie that lets this browser find your designs again. We don't use advertising cookies.

To create design previews with AI image and language services that process your photos and messages on our behalf.
To make your figurine and to contact you about your design and order on WhatsApp.
If you tick “send me offers” at checkout, to tell you about new designs and offers.
To show relevant ads: we may upload our customers' contact details (name, phone, email, city) to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as a “Custom Audience”. The platform matches them in scrambled (hashed) form and uses the match to show our ads to you or to similar people; it does not get access to your orders or photos. You can ask us to leave you out of this at any time.

We don't sell your information. Anyone with the private link to a design can view it, so only share links with people you trust.
