Sparky3D Craft Co Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sparky3D Craft Co, every product is custom-made and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, production and delivery times may vary depending on the customization and delivery location.

  1. Production Time

Production begins only after the customer approves the final reference render.

Once the render is approved, we generally dispatch custom 3D-printed products within 7–10 days.

The production period includes customization, 3D printing, finishing, quality checking, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  1. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the customer's location and the courier service.

For metro cities such as Bengaluru, customers may receive their order in approximately 5–6 days from the date of order, provided the design approval and production process are completed without delays.

For other locations, delivery may take longer depending on the courier network and destination.

  1. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Typical timeline:

Order placed → Final render approval → Production → Quality check → Dispatch → Delivery

Please note that the estimated delivery timeline is not a guaranteed delivery date.

  1. Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Address-related issues
  • Regional transportation delays
  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances

Sparky3D Craft Co will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated production timeframe, but courier delivery times are outside our direct control.

  1. Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

Any additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

  1. Custom Products

Since all Sparky3D Craft Co products are custom-made, production begins only after the customer approves the final render.

Customers are encouraged to review their order details and delivery address carefully before confirming their order.
