Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sparky3D Craft Co Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sparky3D Craft Co, every product is custom-made specifically for the customer. Because each 3D-printed figurine is personalized and produced based on the customer's approval, we follow the refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Design Approval Before Printing

Before we begin 3D printing, Sparky3D Craft Co will send the customer a final reference render/image of the customized product.

Printing will begin only after the customer approves the final reference render.

Once the customer provides approval, the design is considered confirmed and production will begin.

2. Final Product Preview Before Shipping

After the product has been printed, Sparky3D Craft Co will send the customer photos of the finished product before shipping.

This allows the customer to review the completed product before it is dispatched.

3. Refunds Before Shipping

If the customer is not satisfied with the finished product after receiving the pre-shipping photos, they may request a refund before the product is shipped.

Because the product has already been custom-designed, produced, and prepared specifically for the customer, a ₹1,499 refund/processing charge will be deducted from the amount paid.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.

Example: Order amount: ₹3,000 Refund charge: ₹1,499 Refund amount: ₹1,501

4. No Refund After Delivery

Once a custom product has been delivered, Sparky3D Craft Co does not accept refunds or returns simply because the customer does not like the appearance or has changed their mind.

The customer has already:

• Approved the final reference render before production.
• Received photographs of the completed product before shipping.
• Had the opportunity to raise concerns before the product was dispatched.

Since the product is custom-made specifically for the customer, it cannot normally be resold.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

For customized orders that have already entered the design or production process, a ₹1,499 cancellation charge will apply, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

This policy does not affect genuine issues such as:

• Damage caused during shipping
• A significant manufacturing or printing defect
• A product that is materially different from the approved design
• An incorrect product being sent

Customers should contact Sparky3D Craft Co as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

7. Customer Approval

By approving the final reference render, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the proposed design and understand that the product will be custom-made based on that approval.

By placing an order with Sparky3D Craft Co, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
